Quick Work Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Quick Work Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use www.quickworkstudio.com (the "Site"), how that information is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. The short version

2. Information we collect

a) What you enter into tools. Converters, calculators, text tools, generators and image tools process your input on your own device using JavaScript. This input is not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see it. Image tools read the picture you choose directly in your browser; the image is not uploaded.

b) Data saved on your device. A few tools, such as Quick Notes and the To-Do List, and features such as your favourite tools, save information in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return. This data stays on your device unless you turn on sync (see below). You can remove it at any time in Settings or by clearing your browser's site data.

c) Account information. If you choose to create an account, we collect your name, your email address and a password. Your password is never stored as plain text; we store only a salted, one-way hash created with the PBKDF2 algorithm. If you are signed in, we also store the list of tools you mark as favourites.

d) Synced notes and tasks (optional). If you are signed in and turn on Sync notes & tasks in Settings, a copy of your notes, to-do lists, typing test results, Pomodoro log and saved colours is stored with your account so they appear on your other devices. Sync is off until you turn it on. You can turn it off, or delete the synced copy, at any time in Settings.

d) Feedback. If you send feedback through the Site, we store your message, any star rating you give and the time it was sent. If you were signed in, the feedback is linked to your account email.

e) Technical information. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

f) Analytics and advertising data. Google Analytics and Google AdSense collect information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies, as described in sections 4 and 5.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We and our partners use the following:

See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and local storage, what each one does and how long it lasts.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in, but every tool will still work.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to display advertising on the Site. Ads are how we keep every tool free to use.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may be shown a consent message asking you to choose whether to allow personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.

5. Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site: for example, which tools are popular, how people find us and whether pages load well. This information is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. How we use information

Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for example, for personalised advertising where required), on what is necessary to provide a service you asked for (such as your account), and on our legitimate interests in running, improving and securing the Site.

7. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:

9. How we protect information

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes, never in plain text. Session cookies are HttpOnly and Secure, so they cannot be read by scripts or sent over unencrypted connections. Access to the administrative area is protected by a separate secret. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, and California privacy laws, you may have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email quickworkstudioofficial@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law. You can also use every tool without an account, without giving us any personal information at all.

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time: sign in, open My account and choose Delete account. After you confirm with your password, your account, favourites, synced notes and tasks, sign-in sessions and any feedback linked to it are permanently deleted straight away.

If you can no longer sign in, email quickworkstudioofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address you signed up with, and we will delete it for you and confirm once it is done.

12. Children

The Site is a general-audience website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 should use the Site with the guidance of a parent or guardian and should not create an account without their permission. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International visitors

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in, including India, the United States and countries in Europe. Where this happens, they use safeguards required by applicable law.

14. Links to other websites

Our articles and ads may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the Site.
