Exam Photo & Signature Resizer

Resize your photo and signature to the exact pixels and KB that SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, RRB, NEET and JEE application forms ask for.

Why forms reject photos

Government and exam forms check the file type, the pixel size and the file size in KB. A phone photo is usually several MB, so it is rejected. This tool makes a JPG that fits all three rules at once.

What you can do with the Exam Photo & Signature Resizer

Presets for common exams

Pick SSC, UPSC, IBPS / SBI, RRB, NEET, JEE Main or passport size, and the sizes are filled in for you. Rules can change with each notification, so compare them with your notice. You can edit any number, or use Custom for other forms.

Tips for a good photo

Use a plain white or light background and even light, look straight at the camera, and keep both ears visible. For the signature, sign in black ink on white paper, take a photo from straight above, and turn on "Make the background whiter".

Your photo stays on your phone

All the resizing happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to Quick Work Studio.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make my photo 20 to 50 KB?

Pick your exam (or Custom and type 20 and 50), choose your photo, and download. The tool keeps the size inside that range automatically.

What size is a signature for IBPS and SBI?

Usually 140 × 60 pixels and 10 to 20 KB, in JPG. Check your notification, as these can change.

Why is there no SSC photo option?

SSC now captures your photo live with the camera during the application, so only the signature needs to be uploaded.

My signature photo has a grey background. What do I do?

Turn on "Make the background whiter". It turns light grey paper white while keeping your ink dark.

What photo size do UPSC forms need?

A JPG of 20 to 200 KB, recent, in colour, on a white background, with your face covering about three quarters of the photo. Check the current notice before applying.

What signature size do RRB forms ask for?

Usually about 140 × 60 pixels and 10 to 20 KB in JPG, signed in black or dark blue ink. Check your CEN notice, as sizes can change.

What are NEET photo and signature sizes?

The passport-size photo is usually 10 to 200 KB and the signature 4 to 30 KB, in JPG. NEET also asks for a postcard-size photo and a thumb impression; use Custom with the sizes in the bulletin.

What is passport size in pixels?

3.5 × 4.5 cm, which is 413 × 531 pixels at 300 DPI.

Can I use this for a thumb impression or declaration?

Yes. Pick Custom and type the pixel size and KB range given in your notice.

The form says the file is too small. What do I do?

Set the minimum KB to the form's minimum. The tool raises the quality, and if needed adds a harmless comment inside the JPG, so the file reaches that size.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, in any modern browser. Choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one.
